JUDGMENT The petitioner claims retrospective conferment of the work charge status. It is for the second respondent to consider the matter on verification of facts. There will be direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law, in the light of the decision of this Court in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others. The needful shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above. The claim for gratuity shall also be considered by the second respondent while taking the decision, as above. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
