Judgment :- VINOD K.SHARMA, J. 1. The petitioner died during pendency of the writ petition. On the last date of hearing, the case was adjourned for the legal representative to be brought on record to prosecute the case. Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, nor order of this Court dated 2.12.2010 has been complied with. 2. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
