JUDGMENT The Petitioners have filed these writ petitions with identical prayers, one set of such prayers is as follows:- “That the petitioners may be ordered to be granted work charge status from the date they completed 10 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc.” 2. According to the petitioners, their case is covered by the decision of Supreme Court in Mool Raj Upadhyaya vs. State of H.P. and others 1994 Supplement (2) Supreme Court Cases 316 and the decision rendered by this court in Gauri Dutt & ors. v. State of H.P. Latest HLJ 2008 (HP) 366. Therefore, the petitioners may file individual representation before the first respondent, in which case the matter will be duly examined by the first respondent and appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law will be taken. 3. With the above observations, the petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending applications(s) if any.
