JUDGMENT The State and one of the private respondents have come up in review seeking review of the judgment dated 23.4.2010 in CWP(T) No. 3566 of 2008. The issue pertains to the appointment of Anganwari Worker at Anganwari Centre, Kambli. In view of the averments in the review petitions, we are of the view that the issue needs to be addressed on merits, adverting to the contentions taken by the parties, since the writ petition has been disposed of only on the basis of the submissions of the learned Sr. Addl. Advocate General, which is sought to be reviewed now. Review petitions stand allowed and the judgment dated 23.4.2010 in CWP(T) No. 3566 of 2008 is recalled. Post CWP(T) No. 3566 of 2008 for disposal on 9.3.2011 before SB-VII.
