JUDGMENT V.K. Sharma, J. Heard. 2. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pay to the petitioners (deceased petitioners No. 1, 2, 4, 10, 12, 16, 17, 21, 22 and 26 through their legal heirs) the amount of due and admissible gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, if not already paid, alongwith interest @ 6% per annum, within three months from the date of production of copy of this judgment by the petitioner(s) alongwith statement of claim(s) which shall be subject to verification from the records of the respondent-Corporation, failing which higher interest @ 9% per annum shall be payable. 3. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending CMP(s), if any.
