JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That respondents may be ordered to count the service of the petitioner for the purpose of pay fixation and increments etc. w.e.f. 1.1.2001 with all the benefits incidental thereof instead of 1.1.2002.” 2. There will be direction to the third respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action on verification of the service particulars of the petitioner. Needful shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the third respondent. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
