JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is a PTA teacher. He is aggrieved since he has been replaced by the fourth respondent, who is a regular teacher. In case the petitioner points out any vacant post where the fourth respondent is willing to work, the second respondent will pass immediate order in that regard and permit the petitioner to continue till he is otherwise replaced by a regular recruitee. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
