JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioners claim the benefit of judgment of this Court rendered in Mool Raj Upadhayaya Vs. State of H.P., 1994 Supp. (2) SCC 316. It is for the petitioners to bring the same to the notice of the second respondent, in which case the second respondent will get an opportunity to look into the facts of the case and take appropriate action thereon. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of as follows: 2. In the event of the petitioners filing appropriate representation(s), the facts will be verified and appropriate action in the light of the judgment, referred to above, will be taken by the second respondent within another four months. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
