JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner claims the benefit of Government notification, dated 27.2.2004 in the matter of Revenue Chowkidars. There will be a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action in the case of the petitioner in light of the said notification within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent by the petitioner. 2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
