JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved since she has been replaced by the PTA teacher. When the matter came up on 7th January, 2011, this Court took note of the fact that a vacancy has arisen at Government Senior Secondary School, Gadiara and it will be convenient for the petitioner. Ms. Jyotsna Rewal Dua, learned counsel for the private respondent submits that at the request of the petitioner, she has been adjusted at Government Senior Secondary School, Bassi, Tehsil Jogindernagar, District Mandi and she has joined the school on 27th January, 2011. 2. In view of the intervening developments, as above, we do not think that any further consideration is required in the writ petition and the writ petition is hence closed, so also the pending applications, if any.
