JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to pay the above said amounts of gratuity to the petitioner, for the period her late husband remained on daily wage basis under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 interest thereon.” 2. It is submitted that in many similar cases, the Government has granted the benefits. The petitioner may bring service particulars of her late husband to the notice of the 2nd respondent within a period of one month, in which the matter will be duly considered by the 2nd respondent and the eligible benefit including gratuity shall be disbursed to the legal heirs of late Chuhar Singh within another four months. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
