JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That the respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 qua his posting as Ayurvedic Pharmacist at Ayurvedic Health Centre, Salooni as first preference or at Ayurvedic Centre, Himgiri (Lahra) against vacant post forthwith.” 2. Annexure P-3, representation is pending before the second respondent. The petitioner has also adverted to the medical reasons for the transfer in the representation. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action adverting to the submissions made in the representation within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
