JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. These Govt. Appeals are directed against the judgments dated 15.11.1995 and 11.12.1995 passed in Forest Case Nos. 13/91 and 205/95, Tr. Nos. 119/95 and 300/95 respectively by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya by which it has acquitted the respondents under Sections 42 and 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and Sections 20 and 512 of the Bihar Forest Produce (Trade and Regulatiion) Act, 1984. 2. On going through the judgments of acquittal, I find no infirmities in the same therefore the Govt. Appeals are dismissed.
