JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 29.02.1996 passed in G.R. Case No. 480/94/Tr. No. 719/96 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa by which it has acquitted the respondents of the charges under Sections 392 and 411 IPC. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find the same is well reasoned and there is no cause for interference in the acquittal of the respondents. The Appeal is dismissed.
