JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that the respondents have not considered her candidature for the post of Lecturer (College Cadre) in the subject of English in accordance with law. 2. Mr. D.K. Khanna, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the petitioner had qualified the screening test and thereafter, she was called for interview. The precise case of respondent No. 2 is that since the petitioner has not secured the cut-off marks, i.e., 35, her name could not be recommended to the State Government. The suitability of the petitioner has been adjudged by a duly constituted Selection Committee. This Court will not sit in appeal over the recommendations made by a duly constituted Selection Committee. Moreover, no malafides have been alleged against the members of the Selection Committee. Consequently, since the petitioner has failed to secure the minimum cut off, i.e., 35, her candidature could not be recommended. 3. Accordingly, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
