JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. Petitioner is a PTA appointee. He is aggrieved since fourth respondent has been posted and the petitioner has been sent out. In case the petitioner is in a position to point an open vacancy where the fourth respondent is willing to work, the second respondent, in the light of the willingness, shall take immediate action and in the resultant vacancy, the petitioner will be re-engaged as PTA, till he is otherwise replaced by a regular appointee. 2. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
