Judgment A.N.Jindal, J. 1. The petitioner has invoked the provisions of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the orders dated 27.5.1985 (Annexure P3) and 15.9.1987 (Annexure P5). 2. A writ petition No.5021 of 1985 was filed by the Managing Committee against various respondents including Raghbir Singh petitioner herein and the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn on account of compromise vide order dated 20.12.1991 passed by this Court. Raghubir Singh petitioner herein is also one of the signatories to the said compromise. 3. Thus, the matter appears to have been settled because of which the petitioner has not come present to pursue the present petition. 4. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
