JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. P.P. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present petition, in order to enable the petitioner-Association’ to make a representation to the competent authority for the redressal of the grievances of its members. 2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with a direction to the petitioner-Association to make a representation to the competent authority for the redressal of its members within a period of three weeks from today. Thereafter, the same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law, within a further period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
