JUDGMENT : As per S.K. Kulshrestha, J. : - This appeal is barred by two months and twelve days for which application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed as IA-1 to seek condonation of delay. The only ground urged in the application is that the order dated 25-10-2010 was received by post on 5-2-201 Land since this copy had been filed in the execution proceedings, it took time to. arrange another copy /The explanation is hardly satisfactory and the appellant has failed to explain the delay of two months and twelve days. Under these circumstances, we find that the appeal is time barred and no justification has been shown for delay. The appeal is dismissed.
