Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the second respondent had been reinstated in service, pursuant to the impugned award, dated 08.05.2003, made in I.D.No.392 of 2002. 2. He had also submitted that the second respondent had been reinstated in service on 24.05.2004, based on his undertaking, dated 14.08.2009, that he would not claim backwages, as per the impugned award, dated 08.05.2003. 3. The second respondent had also filed an affidavit, dated 28.02.2011, before this Court, stating that he had been reinstated in service, in S-1693,D.Perumalpalayam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank,D-Perumalpalayam, Salem District and that he would not insist on the petitioner paying the back wages, as per the award of the first respondent, dated 08.05.2003. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, this Writ petition stands closed.
