JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(a) To issue writ of certiorari or direction in nature thereof directing the respondents to consider the regularization of the services of the petitioner in a regular pay scale from the date of completion of eight years as continuous daily wagers i.e. 31.12.2002 as has been done in the case of Shri Sant Ram. (b) To issue writ of certiorari or direction in nature thereof directing the respondents to release the arrear of pay as regular employees to the petitioner w.e.f. 31.12.2002 as has been done in the case of Shri Sant Ram.” 2. According to the petitioner, he is similarly situated as the petitioner in CWP No. 3073 of 2009 decided on 27th October, 2010 (Annexure P-5). In case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioner referred to in the above case and in case that judgment has become final, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also. The needful in this regard shall be done by the second respondent/competent authority within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
