Judgment :- 1. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant educational loan to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner is under process and final decision would be taken within two weeks. In case, the petitioner is found to be eligible for educational loan, the loan could be released to the petitioner forthwith. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and disposed off accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
