JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “ i. That respondents may be ordered to grant daily wage status to the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.2003 the date he completed 10 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 2. The petitioner is working as Revenue Chowkidar. The State Government in its wisdom has framed a scheme to grant daily wager status to the part time workers on 27.2.2004. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for giving the status of daily wager within eight weeks from today. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
