JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “i) To direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear for Interview for his selection to the post of Police constable reserved for Ex-servicemen under general category as per Annexure P-2 & 3. ii) To direct the respondents to consider the Annexure P-4 for determining the criteria of height for his selection to the post of constable reserved for Ex-servicemen under general category.” 2. The petitioner may make an appropriate representation along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent, who is the Chairman of the Recruitment Board within a week from today, in which case appropriate action in accordance with law and justice, adverting to the materials produced by the petitioner, will be taken in the matter within another two weeks. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
