JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. P.M. Negi, learned Deputy Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted to him by Mr. Deepak Shanan, Principal Secretary (Urban-cum-Local Bodies), submits that the judgment in question has been implemented in letter and spirit. 2. However, the petitioner instead of being regularized from December, 2001 has been regularized w.e.f. January, 2002. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be paid all the consequential benefits within a period of three months from today. Consequently, the present petition stands disposed of. No costs.
