JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. P.M. Negi, learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the respondents are ready and willing to implement the judgment in question, if the petitioner submits the requisite educational certificate of being matriculated. 2. Consequently, the present petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to make available matriculation or equivalent educational qualification certificate before respondents. It is made clear that in the eventuality of production of requisite educational certificate by the petitioner, the consequences including DPC will follow. No costs.
