ORDER : G.S. Singhvi, H.L. Dattu, JJ. IA No. 4 of 2011 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record including the sketch filed along with affidavit dated 24.8.2011 of D.R. Veeranna, Additional Director (Minerals), Department of Mines and Geology, Bangalore. 2. The Learned counsel for the parties brought to our notice that the First Bench of this Court has stayed Govt. of A.P. v. Obulapuram Mining Co. (P) Ltd., (2011) 12 SC 491 all mining operations in Bellary district. They also gave out that the area in which the applicant had been undertaking mining operations falls within that district. 3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, hearing of the application is adjourned for three months. IA No. 7 of 2011 4. Shri Sunil Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant states that the application has become in-fructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
