Shri Narayan Shukla, J.- Heard Dr. R.S. Pandey, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Rajendra Kumar Dwivedi, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. The petitioners have preferred the present petition against the order dated 22nd of March, 2011, passed by the Sessions Judge, Gonda in Criminal Revision No. 268 of 2009, affirm­ing the order dated 24th of September, 2009, passed by the Chief Judicial Magis­trate, Gonda, rejecting the application filed on behalf of the petitioners for discharge from the criminal case No. 887 of 2006, aris­ing out of Case Crime No. C-3/06, under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC, P.S. Kotwali City Gonda, district Gonda. 2. There is an allegation for prepara­tion of a forged document of sale-deed to be executed by way of impersonation, just to grab the property of the complainant, which is well supported with the state­ments of the witnesses and accordingly the petitioners have been charge sheeted. 3. The aforesaid facts have been well discussed in the order dated 24th of Sep­tember, 2009, passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda as well as by the Court of revision, therefore, no interference is warranted in the orders impugned. 4. The petition is dismissed. Petition Dismissed.
