Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court certain documents, including minutes of the proceedings, dated 10.12.2010, recorded at the time of taking of possession of the tractor in question. From the said minutes, it is clear that only the tractor, bearing Registration No. TN 36 L 2410 had been seized. Thereafter, based on the directions of this Court, the said tractor had been redelivered to the petitioner, on 26.02.2011, which the petitioner had acknowledged. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed.
