JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the respondents may be ordered to pay the amounts of gratuity to the petitioner under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 for the daily paid period and also for the regular period under the Pension Rules with 9% interest thereon as per the law laid down in State of H.P. Vrs. Laskari Ram and Hira Singh Vrs. HPSEB.” 2. According to the petitioner in the case of the similarly situated persons the gratuity has been granted. There will be a direction to the third respondent to verify the service particulars of the petitioner and take appropriate action and disburse the eligible benefits to the petitioner. This shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition, by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
