JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 of the charge under section 467 Indian Penal Code by judgment dated 07.09.1995 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in T.R. No.1 of 1993 (G. R. No.1088 of 1966). 2. On going through the records, I find that the acquittal was for substantial reasons and there is no scope for interference with the same. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
