JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The issue pertains to the engagement of PTA. In case the petitioner is in a position to point out an open vacancy where the sixth respondent is willing to work, the sixth respondent shall be accommodated in that vacancy. Against the resultant vacancy, in case the petitioner is otherwise eligible to be re-engaged, the PTA Committee shall re-engage the petitioner. Needful action will be taken by the second respondent within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and the willingness of the sixth respondent. 2. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
