JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That respondents may be ordered to pay to the petitioners statutory bonus at the rate of 8.33% of their annual wages from the dates of their initial engagement on daily wage basis till their services were regularized with 12% interest thereon.” 2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered by the judgment of this court rendered in LPA No. 92 of 2009, dated 4.8.2010. There will be a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in the light of the judgment, referred to above, in case the petitioners are also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with the copy of the writ petition. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
