JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment of acquittal dated 19.08.1995 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah, in Case No. 49-C of 1990/ TR No. 189 of 1995. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any reason to disagree with the same. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
