JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge The case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that his case has not been considered for regularization as per notification dated 29th October, 2001 though he had been working for more than 10 years as Part Time Mali, having 240 days in each calendar year. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Peon against 10% quota, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
