Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the second respondent, with regard to the shifting of the transformer in question and if the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the second respondent, with regard to the shifting of the transformer in question, within a period of fifteen from today, and on such representation being submitted, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
