JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 23.09.1996 passed by the Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in Cr. Appeal No.77 of 1992, by which the appellate court has set aside the judgment dated 11.11.1992 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Darbhanga, in G.R. No. 154 of 1989/ T.R. No.136 of 1992 by which respondent nos.2 to 5 were convicted under sections 323, 452 and 380 Indian Penal Code. 2. On going through the appellate courts judgment, I find that the acquittal was for good reason and there is no ground for interfere with the acquittal of the respondents. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
