JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge With the consent of the parties, Annexure A-5, dated 31st December, 2003 is quashed and set aside. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner with regard to his age as per Annexure A-4, dated July, 2011. Needful be done within a period of three months from today. 2.
