JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge With the consent of the parties, Annexure A-11, dated 13th May, 2005 is quashed and set aside. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds in accordance with law within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The question whether petitioner’s father was examined within the prescribed period, will not come in the way while considering the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
