JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of respondent nos. 2 to 13 of the charges under ions 147, 323 and 452 Indian Penal Code by judgment dated 30.11.1995 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, in C.R. case no. 19 of 1991/ T. R. Case No.579 of 1995. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find that the same is well reasoned and the acquittal was based on careful scrutiny of the materials available on record. 3. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
