JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The issue raised in this writ petition pertains to the appointment of part-time Water Carrier. In view of the intervening developments whereby a vacancy has arisen in Government Primary School, Devna, Tehsil Sangrah, District Sirmour, H.P., it is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for accommodation against the said vacancy. 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the above submission and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
