JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment of acquittal dated 27.06.1995 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Sessions Trial No.127 of 1992. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
