JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. B.N. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to enable his client to assail the promotion orders of those persons, who according to him, were not eligible/qualified as per R&P Rules for the post of Lecturer. Allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to him to file fresh petition on the same or similar cause of action to assail the promotion of the incumbents who have already been promoted. 2. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed having been withdrawn, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
