JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of respondent nos. to 4 of the charge under sections 147, 148, 342, 323, 448, 427 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code by judgment dated 24.09.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in C. R. No.238 of 1990/ T.R. No.178 of 1996. 2. On going through the records of the case, I find that the acquittal of the respondents is based on cogent reasons and there is no scope for interference with the acquittal of the respondent nos. 2 to 4. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
