JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The prayer of the petitioner is to regularize his service. It is submitted that he has completed more than eight years. For the only reason that he has completed eight years of service, he would not be entitled for the regularization. The regularization depends on the availability of vacancy. In case any junior to the petitioner has been regularized, then the case of the petitioner for regularization shall also be considered. There will also be further a direction that as per the turn of the seniority of the petitioner and subject to the availability of vacancy, steps will be taken to regularize the service of the petitioner, in terms of the policy prevailing at the relevant time. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
