JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. Virender Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted withdraw the present petition, since his client has already approached the learned Labour Court against his retrenchment. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. There shall be a direction to the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Shimla to decide the case of the petitioner, which is listed for arguments as per the submissions of Mr. Virender Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for the redressal of his grievance. No costs.
