JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “That the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to make necessary entries in the revenue record and issue the OBC Certificate in favour of the petitioner.” 2. In case the petitioner belongs to Bhat (Brahaman) category and in case that community is included in the list of OBC, a certificate in that regard shall be issued to the petitioner within two days from the date of production of the copy of this judgment by the petitioner before the SDO, Chopal, District Shimla, H.P., since the last date of production of the documents before the Employment Exchange is reported to be 15th March, 2011. 3. The writ petition is disposed of so also the pending applications, if any.
