JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That respondents may be ordered to pay to the petitioners statutory bonus at the rate of 8.33 % of their annual wages from the dates of their initial engagement on daily wage basis till their services were regularized with 9 % interest thereon.” 2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered by Annexure P-1, judgment of this court, dated 30.8.2010 passed in CWP No.5365 of 2010. There will be a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in the light of Annexure P-1 judgment, referred to above, in case the petitioners are also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
