Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed an appeal, before the first respondent, challenging the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 24.01.2011, made in Na.Ka.No.1760/07/A3/Vu.e(Voo), as published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary Part VI Section 2, dated 27.01.2011. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 09.02.2011, shall be disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time limit specified by this Court. In such circumstances, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 09.02.2011, within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
