JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J Petitioner is aggrieved since he has been transferred from Totu to Chail. He has been working as Superintendent Grade-II. It is seen that the petitioner has been working at Totu for the last about 25 years. However, the petitioner submits that he has only less than two years of service to retire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a vacancy at Solan. Be that as it may, in case there is an open vacancy at Solan as on today, the petitioner will be accommodated on that seat. If there is no such vacancy, petitioner will abide by his earlier transfer to Chail. 2. The writ petition is disposed of so also the pending application(s) if any.
